Renata,
Thanks for your reply. Yes, I am a photographer too.
I am currently starting up a small local stock photo
agency over here in Norway. But I haven't done anything
like what you are doing since I studied photography years
and years ago! Someday......
I have not heard of the painting with light technique. Can
you explain some time when you get a chance? I guess
we are isolated over here concerning those things.
Anyway, they were all beautiful!
I will be looking forward to seeing your new site. Please
let me know.

I like your new site. Of course I recognize some of your images. Some have the
quality of a watercolor painting. Very delicate and soft. One with the
flowers in the foreground has similar qualities to the infrared color film
that I use.
Can I phone you to say hello?

Renata,
Thank you for taking the time to write back to me. This is soon weird it is
like writing to myself...lol...anyway ...of course you could use my quote! I
would love to have your website address.
It is strange cause your paintings struck a familiar chord
with me. They have
a dream like quality, but at the same time have an earthy sensuality about
them. The color choices and content in "Quiet Moments" and "Tender Suffering"
reminded me of Georgia O'keefe paintings who happens to be a favorite artist
of mine.
I am collector of anything that has to do with angels
and saints so your work
called "Approaching Heaven's Gate" and "Messenger" were of keen interest to
me. I would love to know how I could obtain a calendars, postcards, and
greeting cards of your work. I would love to have a calendar that contains
works such as "Heavens Gate" or "Welcome to the Travelers of. Multiverse" and
of course anything doing with an angel or saint.
Another thing I found interesting about the above works was the women in them
resembled each other and resembled someone who seems vaguely familiar to
me....Very strange indeed....I am not an artist, but if I was those would be
the kind of paintings, photos, or drawings I would want to produce. I just
love your work!
Anyway if you want to use my quote you can say Renata from Idaho....sorry not
from NY....probably would sound better though....LOL.

I have a passion for art and in particular photography.
I find your work particularly
stimulating .....................
Yes I would like to see much more of your work. I deal
a lot with
images, in my teaching as we try to inspire our students in this way.
The majority of them come from disadvantaged backgrounds and it is
slightly more difficult to creatively inspire them. They are entrenched
in their own rigid form of performance. So we use images to show them
that they can break out of this mould. They also struggle with colour.
I hope you have all the information you need, If not I will be glad to
send you more.
Cheers...
