PROCESSING YOUR ORDERS - HOW IT WORKS:

ORDERING FINE ART PRINTS:

If  you order via Pay Pal secure server, all info should be automatically sent to us.
However to make sure we have received your order please also e-mail as your order to renatara@ica.net

In the subject line of your e-mail please include some meaningful text like - "Ordering Prints from you", so we will read your message and not filter it out as junk mail. You can also call us at: (416) 538-1087 between 12 (noon) and 8 PM North America standard eastern time.
We are located in Toronto, Canada.

Print order Please make sure that in your order you include:
1. The title of the artwork
2. Print size you are ordering
3. Printing medium (please choose from the available options or inquire first if not listed).
4. Your payment method, including shipping fee and taxes, if applicable.
5. Your full name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, at which we can contact you.
6. The address and name of the person to which we should ship your order, if different from above.
All info will be kept strictly confidential.

Please wait for us to confirm your order and to give you more info if necessary.
We then will process your order and let you know when it was sent to you.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery from the time your order was processed (or your money transfer or money order received and cleared).  Please allow extra time before and after major holidays.

Once we receive and process your order, we send your prints to you in well protected and insured packages. We send them via Federal Express (or registered mail if Federal Express is not available in your area). Please see Shipping for more info.

There is 5% discount on orders over $1000.00. There might be also available volume discounts and shipping discounts if you order more than one print at once. Please see our special offers and discounts or contact us for more info at: renatara@ica.net

Please make sure you give us the address to which Federal Express or registered mail can be delivered.
We are sorry, but we can not deliver to P.O. Box address).

ORDERING SMALL POSTERS:
As above, but it takes only up to 2 weeks to process your order, except major holidays (please allow extra time).  Also posters are shipped via regular mail or express mail.

ORDERING PRODUCTS FROM OUR CAFE PRESS STORE:
All transactions are made via secure Cafe Press server, which encrypts all submitted information, and they come with  30-day Money Back Guarantee.  If you are not satisfied with a product bought there for any reason, you may return it to Cafe Press for a full refund within 30 days of shipment. Cafe Press takes care of sending and returns of all products sold via their store. They accept all major credit cards -Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, as well as some other forms of payment.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

SHOPPING CART PAYMENTS:
When you see PayPal "add to basket button" on our Light Vision website, you can use your credit cards and PayPal secure payment service to send us your payment. While using our Shopping Cart, your order and payment will be automatically sent to us. We will confirm your order and send it to you when ready.

WESTERN UNION (MONEY MART) PAYMENTS:
Please make all your payments to the artist's name - Renata Ratajczyk All payments shall be made in US dollars, unless otherwise agreed.

When making your payment via Western Union (Money Mart), please direct it to Toronto, Canada and remember to send us the money transfer control number (mtcn) and to let us know that your payment is on the way. We won't be notified about it by Credit Union, so it is important you will sent us this info. We will confirm that we have received your payment as soon as it will reach us. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

There is $30 discounts for payments via Western Union for orders of  $300 US or more (please deduct this amount when making payments in this way - before taxes, if any are applicable).

What is Western Union (Money Mart)? These money exchange/transfer outlets are located in many cities around the world.  To find out more about Western Union or their nearest locations please visit their website.

MONEY ORDERS
Please make all your payments to the artist's name - Renata Ratajczyk All payments shall be made in US dollars, unless otherwise agreed. To pay via money order, please contact us for more info. Thank you.

CASH PAYMENTS:
If you are able to personally deliver cash payments to us, such payments will also be accepted. We are located in Toronto, Canada.  Please contact us for an appointment. You can also arrange to personally pick up your artwork to save shipping fees. Please don't send us cash via postal services, since it can be lost on the way.

TAXES:
Canadian residents only. Ontario residents - please add GST (7%) and PST (8%) taxes to your orders (the total of 15% tax). The rest of Canadian residents, please add GST only (7%).

SHIPPING:
Your orders will be shipped via FEDERAL EXPRESS, unless this service is not available in your area. In this case they will be sent via insured registered mail. We are sorry, but we can not deliver to P.O. boxes, since we need your signature on delivery. For an idea about Federal Express charges and to see if they can deliver to your area please check their website or contact us.

The shipping charges may vary according to print size, weight of the package, and the shipping area.
Custom fees on the borders (if any) are responsibility of the buyers. Your prints will be sent well protected in stiff cardboard packages.

OUR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE/RETURN POLICY:
Money back guarantee: If you don't love your print as much as we do, your money will be refunded as long as you send the item back in the ORIGINAL box within 3 days of  receipt. There is a 20% deductible restocking fee for all orders. Customer is also responsible for all shipping charges and custom fees.

Please make sure you will ship the print in the same package as it was sent to you, so it will be clear that you are returning it to the sender. Also please use the same postal service as we have used when sending package to you. Prints should be in the same conditions as you have received them. Damaged prints will not be accepted, unless you will notify us immediately after receiving them that they have arrived to you in damaged conditions. If your item was damaged you MUST retain all packaging materials including the box.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours, there is 5% cancellation fee for orders via Pay Pal and no fee for other orders. If you have canceled your order after 24 hours restocking fees of 20% will apply if we have already processed and printed your order. Restocking fee could be reduced to 10% if we didn't print your order yet. Your cancellation has to be received before your print has been shipped.  If the artwork was already sent to you, please see Our Return Policy.

WHOLESALE:
If you are interested in selling Renata's fine art prints please contact us at: ranatara@ica.net .
Volume discount could be provided. Editions are limited, so there is only limited number of prints that could be produced. Please also see our special offers/discounts info.

NEW PRODUCTS:
We are always looking for other ways of promoting Renata's artwork. If you are interested in printing for us archival limited editions prints from Renata's artworks (high quality archival prints at a good prices), or good quality reproductions of Renata's artworks, please let us know.

At the moment we are particularly interested in publishing Renata's artworks as calendars, posters, greeting cards, bookmarks, as well as in the form of books.

If you have products suggestions please contact us . In this case you might be also interested in filling out our suggestions questionnaire.

We might be also interested in selling other somehow related to Renata's artwork products via our store (affiliate programs). If we like your products we can post them on our website. We will accept your orders and forward them to you. You will ship the products directly to customers. We will retain percentage from sales as agreed.

You should be able to fulfill orders promptly, have high quality items and provide return policy. It would be best to send us some samples (if possible) and your illustrated catalogs.
