"Light Meditation" Copyright © Renata Ratajczyk 2001	Just relax for a moment and open yourself to the healing light ...... You see a warm light that seems to radiate from above you. It is filling all your body with purifying, healing light. All your problems are fading away, they no longer matter to you.... This light is going into each and every cell of your body. It seems to be melting all your pains, worries, everything that is not right for you, whatever causes you problems. You can feel that this light brings to you love and understanding. You are not longer hopeless or alone. You feel loved. You feel strong and rejuvenated. Just stay enjoying this sensation for a while... Then make a few more deep breaths and start slowly coming back to this world. Slowly open your eyes. Seat for a moment trying to focus on things around you. Now you feel like a new man. You can feel new energy inside you. You are strong enough to go through any difficulties life could bring you. You are full of energy to create things you desire and your heart is filled with joy.
