Renata's work.
The price depends on usage required, the size at which the artwork will
be used, territory,

Buying Renata's
Fine Art Prints and Artwork Reproductions

Buying Renata's Fine Art Limited Editions Prints.
Most of Renata's artwork is available as limited editions. Various sizes and printing media
are available. The price will vary depending on size, edition and printing media. All our fine art prints are printed on archival papers. We now usually print on archival watercolour papers or on glossy metallic paper (similar in look to glossy Cibachrome). Printing or canvas is also available on request for some prints. More than one size of prints is often available from artworks within the same editions. Editions number varies depending on artworks, usually we print no more than 20 prints and often only up to 5-10, so editions are really very short.
Artworks are signed and numbered by the artist, unless otherwise noted, and a certificate of the originality can be provided on request. It usually takes about 1-2 weeks to have the work printed and delivered to you via Federal Express if you are located in North America. It might take a bit longer to deliver the artwork to other parts of the world. Your order starts to be processed as soon as we receive your full payment. Work is usually shipped via Federal Express or via other registered mail. We can not ship to P.O. boxes since we require signature on delivery. Some artworks are already available in a print form, so they could be shipped to you much
faster than usually. We are now accepting credit card payments via PayPal. You can also pay via money order. Sorry, due to previous fraud problems, we are no longer accepting

- Do you have cancellation/return policy?
Yes, we do.
OUR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE/RETURN POLICY:
Money back guarantee: If you don't love your print as much as we do, your money will be refunded as long as you send the item back in the ORIGINAL box within 3 days of receipt. There is a 20% deductible restocking fee for all orders. Customer is also responsible for all shipping charges and custom fees.
Please make sure you will ship the print in the same package as it was sent to you, so it will be clear that you are returning it to the sender. Also please use the same postal service as we have used when sending package to you. Prints should be in the same conditions as you have received them. Damaged prints will not be accepted, unless you will notify us immediately after receiving them that they have arrived to you in damaged conditions.If your item was damaged you MUST retain all packaging materials including the box and to report demage immediatelly to the shipping company and to us. All packages are sent insurred by the shipping company.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:
You can cancel your order within 24 hour, there is 5% cancellation fee for orders via Pay Pal and no fee for other orders. If you have canceled your order after 24 hours restocking fees of 20% will apply if we have already processed and printed your order. Restocking fee could be reduced to 10% if we didn't print your order yet. Your cancellation has to be received before your print has been shipped. toddler/infant T-shirts, hooded sweatshirt to keep you warm, mugs, mousepads,
decorative tiles, boxes, wall clock and even calendars. We also have
small posters with Renat'a artwork available directly from the artist.

If you charge for presenting artwork in your gallery it is very unlikely
we would be interested, unless your gallery is really great and the
fee very modest. We generally prefer to give commission from artwork's
sales.

We are presently looking for an artist rep,
possibly with good contacts in the industry and knowledge of current
pricing, contracts and legal matters. This candidate should have great
communication skills, speak and write in perfect English, look presentable
and have good business manners. We are hiring only on commission basis.
We are sorry, but beside that, we don't have any other permanent positions
available at the moment. From time to time we might need occasional
help. We also hire experienced make-up artists and stylists, but only

Do you accept any volunteer at the moment?
Yes,
we might need some volunteer help. This is usually not very exiting
job like for example filing slides, preparing artwork submissions, creating
client's databases, mailing lists, promoting our services, delivering
and picking up portfolios. We are also looking for a rep who will work
on commission basis. Only serious inquiries please.
Models
- Are
you presently looking for models?
We are always looking for models. Generally we are usually interested
in good-looking, young models (male and female), but occasionally we
might need other models as well. We usually work on TFP basis (time
for prints) and require that our models sign model release. We usually
pay money only when working on paid assignments. In this case usually
our clients will pay to models directly.
If you are interested in modeling for us, please contact us mentioning
what kind of work you are interested in, your approximate age, gender
and experience. Please also say if you are interested in working on
TFP basis. Please do not send us any pictures,
only links where we can view them.
We are sorry, but we usually just delete e-mails with big attachments
and we don't open attachments if we are not sure who has sent them and
what it is.
If we are interested in your modeling services, we will contact you.
We might ask you to send us more links to your photographs, or if you
can't do that, we could ask you to send us small pictures via e-mail.

The pictures should be saved in JPEG format with medium compression
at 72 DPI and not bigger than 6" (15 cm) on the longer side. Please
do not send us more then 300 k in total. We are sorry, but we can not
accept bigger attachments and they will be deleted without opening.

Yes, of course we can. We can not only take your
pictures, but also retouch them and design your promotional materials. Please inquire about
our services and pricing options. Beside standard portfolios, we can
also create fantasy portfolios for you. Please see our Digital

or our Digital Art Galleries if

Can I copy your artwork?
I am sorry, you can't, unless you will receive a special permission
from the artist. All artwork is copyrighted by Renata Ratajczyk and
can not be used or reproduced in any way without her permission.
- I would like to
use various parts of your artwork in creating my own artwork.
We are sorry, but all Renata Ratajczyk's artwork is copyrighted by her
and she really doesn't approve that, unless she will grant you a special
permission. No part of her artwork could be used or reproduced without
her permission. If you are interested in buying limited usage rights
to Renata's artwork, please contact

nice hobby. Unfortunately we can not send Renata's artwork or cards
for free, but you are very welcome to buy her work or cards. All fine
art prints have the artist's signature on them and Renata can sign a
card for you on request.
All our art prints for sale are printed
on the highest quality archival paper and most of them are short limited
editions.
Beside fine art prints we also have cards
available and most of them are only $5 US each plus shipping - $2. We
can send you one of them if you send us $7 US and your mailing address.
